Plants & Trees
- النباتات كائنات حية، لذلك لا تُسترجع بعد الاستلام.
- إذا وصلك النبات تالفاً أو مختلفاً عن طلبك، أرسل لنا صورة عبر واتساب خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام وسنستبدله أو نعيد المبلغ.
- توصيل النباتات متاح داخل سلطنة عُمان فقط.
البذور والأسمدة والمبيدات
- يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام بشرط أن يكون مغلقاً وبحالته الأصلية.
- لا يمكن استرجاع العبوات المفتوحة حفاظاً على سلامة المنتج وجودته.
الأدوات وأنظمة الري
- يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام إذا كان المنتج غير مستخدم وبكامل ملحقاته وتغليفه.
- عيوب التصنيع تُعالج حسب ضمان الشركة المصنعة إن وجد.
رسوم الشحن عند الاسترجاع
إذا كان الخطأ أو التلف من جهتنا نتحمل رسوم الشحن كاملة. في غير ذلك يتحمل العميل رسوم إعادة الشحن.
استرداد المبلغ
يُعاد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع أو بتحويل بنكي خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلامنا للمنتج المُرجع وفحصه.

Returns & Refunds Policy (English)
Plants & trees: plants are living products and cannot be returned after delivery. If a plant arrives damaged or different from your order, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Plants are delivered inside Oman only.
Seeds, fertilizers & pesticides: returnable or exchangeable within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Opened packs cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
Tools & irrigation systems: returnable or exchangeable within 7 days if unused and complete with accessories and packaging. Manufacturing defects are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty where available.
Return shipping: if the error or damage is ours, we cover shipping; otherwise the customer pays the return shipping.
Refunds: issued via the original payment method or bank transfer within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Contact us on WhatsApp +968 9166 0990 with your order number and photos.
